TROUBLESHOOTING: Antivirus USB conflict
- Type virus into the search bar in the bottom banner of the computer
- Select “Virus & Threat protection
- Turn off “Real-time protection”
- Windows may ask to for permission to edit the computer settings. Click yes if this pops up
- Sometimes clients have a third party virus software that they will have to contact the IT services to turn off. Antivirus blocks ICam connection sometimes because it is communicating with a server in Switzerland and this is suspicious to US computers.
